Q: What's our philosophy?
I always say, "Easy Sugar". I enjoy sweets, I just don't feel that you should have a sugar overdose from dessert unless you like it that way. Cake, not
frosting is the star of this show. We focus on cakes that look good but tastes great.
Q: Where are we located & what are the hours?
We do not have a storefront yet and we are not open to the public. We work out of a shared licensed commercial kitchen & we are Food Safe
Certified. Hours of business are: Monday-Friday, 10-am-6:30pm and Saturday 9am-2pm. We are closed Sundays and major holidays.

Q: How can I place my order & what's the process?
We accept orders by phone or email us using our contact us form. When our small staff is out & about making deliveries, or working on orders and
during events we may not be available to answer all calls immediately, especially during our busy season. Next, we deliver your delicious desserts right
to your or the recipients doorstep fresh from our oven! Holiday orders: the holidays are a busy time for us with lots of events & orders. We
recommend that you place your order as soon as you have your date in mind. Not sure if we can take your order? Give us a call and we'll do our best

Q: I completed the "contact us" form, how do I know my order is confirmed?
We ask for a minimum turn around time of 24 hours for us to respond. Orders are not confirmed unless you receive confirmation from us via a phonecall
or email.
Q: Want to know what areas we cover, sure we'll tell you?
We deliver to the Los Angeles area, Culver City, WestLA, Southbay(Lawndale, Hawthorne, Torrance, etc). If your delivery location is not listed, please
call us to discuss delivery arrangements. Due to difficulty entering Downtown LA DWP & Gas Co bldgs, our delivery person must be met in the lobby.
Q: Do we deliver, what's the charge what times can we deliver?
Yes, we deliver. For years we've made hundreds of local deliveries and it's worked well for our clients, it's one less thing for you to do! Delivery info &
hours: Monday-Saturday between 10am-7pm. If you need delivery at a time outside of normal delivery hours please contact us to make special
arrangements. We do our best to assure that your delivery is made in a timely matter but, we can not control traffic delays. We request a one hour
time frame. When you contact us to place your order we will be able to calculate your rate & give you the exact fee based on the address you provide.
Prior to contacting us please verify that the delivery address is correct. For pricing on locations outside of our delivery area please contact us.

6 to 10 miles: $12.00-$14.00
11 to 20 miles: $15.00-$20.00
Surprise deliveries: We love to make them. We appreciate being apart of something special. If we aren't given incorrect instructions for delivery, it
can ruin your sweet surprise for someone special. Here are a few details to consider: Does the recipient live in a house or an apartment/condo? Is a
code required for entry? Verify that someone will be home during your specified delivery timeframe. If no one is home, what would you like for us to
do with your order? Believe us, its happened!
Q: Can you get my order delivered if I call you today?
We understand that life happens. Call us and we'll do our best to squeeze you in. Please keep in mind that there is a $10.00 rush charge for last
minute orders. We require a minimum of 5 days notice for deliveries.
Q: How do we accept deposits & payments?
We accept cash & most major credit cards. We use Square & PayPal to process credit card transactions. Payments/balances need to be completed
prior to delivery for custom orders. There is a $20.00 late fee for all payments not received prior to the specified date. We reserve the right to cancel
orders for late &/or nonpayment.
Q: Do we ship?
Yes, we offer shipping for Belizean fudge, brownies, cake pops, dipped pretzels and cookies. Shipping offered via USPS Priority Mail. We use gel ice
packs when shipping to warmer climates or during warmer months, we can not guarantee that the chocolate won't melt. So far, we've never had an
order arrive late.
Q: How can I receive info on upcoming events & specials?
Sign up for our sweet updates using our email sign up form. Click this link, Sweet Updates. After signing up you will receive a $5.00 "thank you"

Q: How many flavors can I order per dozen?
We wanted to make ordering easier for our customers, so now you can order 15, 22 or even 106 cake pops/cupcakes/Sweet Bites, etc instead of
having to order more than you need. One flavor per dozen. Ex, you are ordering two dozen then you can choose two flavors, etc.
Q: Where & when is our next event?
Festivals, foodie events etc, are some of our favorite types of events. We love to meet & greet our customers in person. If you see us walking around
please say, "Hi" to us. Look for the pink frosted cake.
Q: Do we make donations?
Given the amount of requests we receive we've had to implement a few requirements & policies as well as a cap for the amount of our product
donations. Contact us for details.
Q: How much time do we require for decorated cakes?
We require a minimum of 3-4 weeks, we want to have enough time to create the best decorated cake for you. It's best to secure your event date on
our calendar as soon as possible with a 50% non-refundable deposit. Need to cancel or reschedule your event? Call us to make new arrangements.
Q: Why are your wedding cake prices $3.00 & up? And, what's a fake cake?
Fondant looks great, keep in mind the cakes on television usually range from hundreds to thousands of dollars and require numerous hours of
detailed work. We can frost your cake in buttercream to make it more affordable for you. Trying to keep your budget low? We recommend a decorated
a fake cake. Which is a styrofoam cake for your wedding and sheet cakes for guest servings. Fake cakes will save you hundreds of dollars and our sheet
cakes are all baked from scratch using the same quality ingredients we use for all of our desserts. When requesting an estimate it helps to speed the
process along if you have a quality image to email us as an attachment.
Allergies: Our products are made in a shared facility that may also process common food allergens including milk, nuts, eggs, soy and wheat.
